Offering trailer hire and purchase nationally and fitting several thousand tow bars annually with our sister company (Jim's Tow bars), all our engineers are fully qualified and trained by our most senior staff with over 30 years experience providing a high quality sales and service as standard, for hire and sales to many makes of vehicle. We offer a guaranteed satisfaction on all our sales and hire along with the ability to provide additional requirements, such as a tow bar for the trailer on any make of vehicle. History

Matcham Trailers was originally established by Frank Matcham in 1984, later he brought his daughter Linda on board a few years later, making it a truly family run business in Liphook - Hants. Moving into the towbar business a short time later with his son-in-law, Jim, setup their sister company Jim's Towbars. The company moved to industrial premises at Kimbolton in Cambridgeshire, supplying quality tow bars and mobile fitting nationally. The company has expanded to provide a national trailer hire and sales service for those that need a quality produced and built trailer. From our early beginning, our strength and client base has grown, with more customers nationally using our mobile fitting service and often asking us to provide a trailer to accompany the tow bar. We have listened and responded and aim to give exceptional service to customers, reflecting the quality of the service we provide by the satisfaction our customers receive.





The Company

We are currently expanding within the trailer hire and sales and are increasing our warehouse by taking an additional new industrial unit that has double the capacity of our existing one. With a proposed increase in the unit size, we are expecting to be employing more staff in 2012. This reflects the customer growth that we have received over the many years of successful trading and the commitment to the customer needs.
